You'll receive an email with a download link and a 10-digit activation code. The ZIP contains a ready-to-use folder structure, an Excel Folder Map with clickable links, and a short video walkthrough.
What is the Excel Folder Map?
It's a spreadsheet that lists every folder in your structure with clickable links. Instead of navigating through folders manually, you click a link and jump straight to the right folder.
Does it work on Mac and Windows?
Yes. The folder structure works on any operating system. The Excel map works in Excel, Google Sheets, or any spreadsheet app.
What's the difference between Personal and Business?
Personal (PD&FS) is designed for home use, freelancing, and study. Business (CD&FS) is designed for companies and includes internal rules for consistent saving across a team.
How do I use my activation code?
Go to the Activate page, enter your email and activation code, and you'll get a new download link instantly.
How many times can I download?
Each download link allows up to 3 downloads within 24 hours. You can always generate a new link using your activation code.
Do I need an account?
No. Everything works via your email and activation code. No passwords, no account setup.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards through Stripe's secure checkout.
Can I get a refund?

I lost my activation code. What do I do?
Use the My Downloads page — enter your email and we'll send a secure access link.
Will I get updates?
Yes. When we release an update, existing customers can access the latest version using their activation code.
