We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you're not, here's how our refund process works.

Eligibility

Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase. Since this is a digital product, refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Email support@sol4u.co.uk with your order email and reason for the refund. We aim to respond within 2 business days.

Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method via Stripe within 5–10 business days.
